When will my Order Ship?

After an order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday (excludes weekends and all U.S. observed holidays). You will be emailed with shipping information and tracking once your order is shipped.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Continental US

  • Free USPS First Class shipping on orders over $50.
  • USPS First Class & USPS Priority shipping options offered at checkout.
  • Once an order ships you will receive a shipping notification with tracking info.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Other US Territories

  • USPS First Class & USPS Priority shipping options offered at checkout.
  • Once an order ships you will receive a shipping notification with tracking info.

International

  • USPS First Class International & USPS Priority International shipping options offered at checkout.
  • Once an order ships you will receive a shipping notification with tracking info.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping on previously placed orders can not be combined. Orders placed separately will ship separately.
  • Please be sure you have entered the correct shipping information when placing an order. 
  • Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or undelivered mail. Once an order is shipped you will be provided with a USPS tracking number that you can use to reference shipping status. 
  • If your tracking info shows that it's been accepted by the USPS and you have not received your items, you must contact the USPS with provided tracking information to help resolve the issue or file a claim.

    Refunds/Returns

    • Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied. It is always our top priority that you are 100% happy with your new accessories.
